A local cleaning company that does it properly.

Who we are

Squeaky Ninjas is a High Wycombe business, run locally by founder Mujahid Mehboob. We clean rental properties, family homes, short-lets and newly renovated houses across High Wycombe, Marlow, Beaconsfield, Amersham and the surrounding South Bucks towns.

Most of our work is end of tenancy cleaning — for tenants who want their deposit back, landlords turning a property around, and letting agents who need check-outs they can rely on. That focus shapes how we work on every job.

How we work

• Written checklists. Every clean follows a room-by-room checklist built around what inventory clerks actually inspect.
• Fixed prices. You get a fixed price in writing before we book. No hourly meter, no extras on the day.
• Proof of work. End of tenancy cleans come with a cleaning certificate and invoice; photos on request.
• A real guarantee. If anything is flagged, tell us within 48 hours and we'll re-clean it free.
• Fully insured. Your property and belongings are protected while we work.

Why “ninjas”?

Because the best cleaners are the ones you barely notice: in on time, thorough, quiet, and out leaving the place spotless. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Local knowledge

Being based in High Wycombe means we know the area's properties and its problems — above all the hard water that leaves limescale on every tap and shower screen in the Chilterns. We've written about it in our limescale guide and our local end of tenancy checklist.
