Is a professional clean required by law?
No. A landlord can't require you to pay for a professional clean, but you must return the property as clean as it was at check-in (minus fair wear and tear). A professional clean with a certificate is the simplest way to prove that.
Do you need electricity and hot water at the property?
Yes, please make sure the electricity and water are on during the clean. If they won't be, let us know when booking.
Can you clean on the same day the tenant moves out?
